During your initial consultation, we’ll take the time to understand your concerns, review possible treatment options, and carry out a detailed clinical examination. Unlike many implant referral centres, we have our own in-house CBCT scanner, so there's no need to travel elsewhere for imaging – everything can be done conveniently under one roof
Step 1
Treatment Planning
Once we’ve gathered and assessed all the necessary clinical information, we’ll walk you through the available treatment options, including a clear explanation of the benefits and associated costs. We take time to answer any questions you may have and ensure you feel fully informed. When you're ready to proceed, you'll receive a detailed written Treatment Plan outlining the proposed treatments, our recommendations, estimated costs, and expected timeline. If you'd like more time to consider your options, we’re happy to arrange a follow-up discussion at no additional charge.
Step 2
Treatment Approval
Once your patient has decided to proceed with treatment, we will provide you with a copy of the Treatment Plan to keep you fully informed about the proposed care. Should you wish to discuss any aspect of the plan or your patient’s treatment, we welcome and encourage you to get in touch.
Step 3
Procedure Stage
Following approval of the Treatment Plan, we will begin the treatment process. If you are involved in any part of the care, we’ll coordinate scheduling to ensure seamless collaboration. Throughout the treatment, we’ll keep you informed of progress to maintain a cohesive and well-integrated approach to your patient’s care.
Step 4
Smile Reveal
Once the treatment is complete, our priority is ensuring overall patient satisfaction. We will notify you in writing when our part of the care concludes and formally discharge the patient back to your care. At that time, we can also discuss and agree on any necessary arrangements for ongoing follow-up or maintenance.
Step 5
Continuing Care
Ongoing care after treatment is essential for long-term success. Regular check-ups and hygiene maintenance play a vital role, particularly for monitoring implants, which we review every two years. We manage all follow-up treatments and keep you updated throughout the process. In the unlikely event of any post-treatment complications, we are committed to providing prompt and prioritized remedial care.
